About Alabama Regional Medical Services

Alabama Regional Medical Services is a Primary Care Medical Home. We are a patient-centered medical organization with a patient-centered philosophy that drives primary care excellence. ARMS provides a comprehensive, team-based, coordinated, and accessible healthcare focused on quality and safety.

The Core Values

Your Primary Care Provider
You will be assigned a Primary Care Provider (PCP) who will manage your health needs. You can choose any provider in our practice and may change your PCP if you wish.

Clinician Directed Medical Practice
A team of health professionals (e.g. medical assistant, social worker, pharmacist, nurse manager) will work with your PCP to care for you.

Patient-Centered Care
We will help to address all of your needs that affect your health.

Coordinated Care
We will work with other healthcare and community facilities and share your medical information to track and monitor your health via electronic technology.

For Your Quality and Safety
We will make sure we treat you using the latest standards of care and will make sure you understand your treatment plan.

Enhanced Access
We are accessible 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. After office hours, you have access to speak to a Primary Care Provider by calling 205-941-4690.
